Nossa área de Marketing Nutricional vive um momento de forte evolução, e buscamos um(a) Analista de Marketing Nutricional Pleno para gerenciar a captação, qualificação e organização da base de profissionais B2P, apoiando a expansão estratégica da nossa rede.

Aqui, você terá contato direto com a gestão de CRM e dados de performance, interagindo com o time de propagandistas e demais áreas internas, em um ambiente analítico e orientado a resultados.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Gerenciar a captação, cadastro e qualificação de novos profissionais para a base B2P;
  • Garantir a qualidade, atualização e organização da base de profissionais no CRM;
  • Segmentar e priorizar profissionais considerando potencial, perfil, especialidade e região;
  • Apoiar a gestão e organização das carteiras dos propagandistas, contribuindo para uma distribuição estratégica;
  • Mapear oportunidades de expansão e identificar regiões com potencial ou sem cobertura;
  • Acompanhar indicadores da área, gerando análises e insights para apoiar a tomada de decisão;
  • Gerenciar a criação e o fluxo de cupons de desconto de B2P e Top Master;
  • Monitorar a performance dos cupons, acompanhando utilização, evolução e oportunidades de ativação.

Requisitos e qualificações:

Graduação completa em Nutrição, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimento de Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.

Organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação.

Experiência no segmento de suplementação, nutrição, saúde ou indústria farmacêutica, vivência com Marketing Nutricional, B2P ou CRM são diferenciais.
