Nossa área de Produção vive um momento de forte evolução, e buscamos um(a) Analista de PCP Sênior para atuar estrategicamente no planejamento e controle da produção, garantindo eficiência na programação, disponibilidade de materiais e equilíbrio dos estoques.

Aqui, você terá contato direto com desafios reais de planejamento e gestão de riscos, interagindo com Produção, Compras, Logística, Fiscal e Comercial, em um ambiente ágil e altamente estratégico.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Elaborar e gerenciar o planejamento e a programação da produção, considerando demanda, capacidade e materiais;
  • Acompanhar a aderência entre produção planejada e realizada, atuando na correção de desvios;
  • Monitorar níveis de estoque, propondo ações para garantir cobertura adequada;
  • Analisar cenários de produção e antecipar riscos, propondo planos de mitigação;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da área;
  • Realizar interface com Produção, Compras, Logística, Fiscal e Comercial para alinhamento de prioridades;
  • Apoiar o Coordenador de PCP na tomada de decisões e conduzir projetos de melhoria contínua;
  • Compartilhar conhecimento técnico e apoiar o desenvolvimento de profissionais júnior e pleno.

Requisitos e qualificações:

Ensino superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência consolidada em PCP, planejamento de produção ou áreas correlatas, em ambientes industriais e processos produtivos.
