Nossa área Comercial vive um momento de forte evolução no canal farma, e buscamos um(a) Representante de Merchandising para atuar diretamente no PDV, garantindo excelência na exposição de produtos e contribuindo para o crescimento da marca nas principais redes do país.

Você atuará 100% em campo, com roteiro de lojas nas praças de São Paulo Capital (visitando RD), sendo parte da construção de um canal em expansão com impacto direto no crescimento da marca.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:

  • Garantir a correta exposição dos produtos em loja (gôndola, checkout e pontos extras);
  • Implementar materiais de PDV e apoiar ações promocionais;
  • Monitorar ruptura e apoiar o giro dos produtos;
  • Realizar treinamentos com balconistas e farmacêuticos;
  • Reportar execução e trazer insights de campo.

Requisitos e qualificações:

Ter CNH ativa.

Experiência com merchandising no varejo, preferencialmente no canal Farma (RD, DPSP, Araújo, Venâncio, Panvel, Pague Menos, São João, entre outras).

Perfil proativo, organizado e com forte foco em execução.

Disponibilidade para atuação em campo.

Experiência com suplementos, vitaminas ou OTC é diferencial.

Remuneração:

💰 Salário fixo + variável (atrelado à execução e indicadores de loja)
