Missão

Garantir o sucesso dos clientes na utilização da plataforma promovendo ativação, engajamento, satisfação e retenção por meio de acompanhamento contínuo, suporte operacional e orientação no uso das funcionalidades contribuindo para a melhor experiência do cliente e para os resultados do negócio.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar onboarding de novos clientes garantindo ativação, entendimento do produto e primeiros resultados;
  • Acompanhar a carteira de clientes monitorando engajamento, uso da plataforma e satisfação;
  • Atender clientes para esclarecimento de dúvidas, orientações operacionais e resolução de demandas;
  • Registrar interações, informações e status dos clientes nos sistemas internos (CRM, ferramentas de suporte e relatórios);
  • Identificar riscos de churn e oportunidades de melhoria na experiência do cliente, reportando ao time responsável;
  • Apoiar clientes na adoção de funcionalidades e boas práticas de uso da plataforma;
  • Coletar feedbacks dos clientes sobre produto, atendimento e processos;
  • Apoiar a atualização de materiais de apoio, FAQs e documentações operacionais.

Requisitos

  • Atuação com CRM;
  • Conhecimento em análise de dados;
  • Atuação com gestão de carteira e documentação de processos;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de atendimento;
  • Habilidade de negociação;
  • Conhecimento em estratégias de retenção;
  • Atuação em empresas Saas B2B.
