Responsabilidades

  • Colaborar na definição de estratégias de crescimento do produto, contribuindo com ideias técnicas e recomendações;
  • Analisar e resolver bugs reportados pelo time de Customer Success;
  • Realizar code reviews dos colegas de equipe, buscando sempre a melhor qualidade de código;
  • Apoiar colegas e stakeholders na tomada de decisões, propondo alternativas para resolver problemas com maior eficiência operacional;
  • Esclarecer dúvidas de outros membros do time, independentemente do nível de experiência;
  • Estimar o esforço necessário nas reuniões de planejamento para execução das tarefas definidas pelo time de Produto, garantindo previsibilidade nas entregas;
  • Desenvolver aplicando conceitos de back-end e front-end nas aplicações internas, em conjunto com o time;
  • Estudar e aprender continuamente sobre a área.

Requisitos

  • Lógica de Programação;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Git para criação de pull requests;
  • Conhecimento básico em alguma metodologia de testes automatizados (TDD);
  • Execução de contêineres com orquestradores (Docker com Docker Compose);
  • Criação de integrações entre sistemas (ex.: integração com API de pagamentos);
  • Programação Orientada a Objetos, com domínio do paradigma independentemente da linguagem;
  • Experiência prévia com AngularJS;
  • Conhecimentos básicos de Python com Django;
  • Experiência com aplicações em produção e metodologias ágeis;
  • Experiência com manutenção de código;
  • Testes unitários, de integração, aceitação e mocks;
  • Implementação de reducers e algoritmos seguindo boas práticas de código como SOLID, Padrões de Projeto, entre outros.
