Departamento: Manutenção Predial

Requisitos:

  1. Ensino Médio Completo
  2. Pacote Office
  3. Informática

Principais Atividades:

1. Realizar atendimento telefônico, whatsapp, rádio e e-mail

2. Realizar abertura de ordem de serviço

3. Realizar lançamento de compra/pagamento e requisição de material

4. Realizar abertura de TG para serviço terceirizado e cadastrado de material

5. Auxiliar no agendamento com fornecedores (data e horário)

6. Auxiliar no acompanhamento de fornecedores

7. Auxiliar no acompanhamento dos orçamentos

8. Realizar encerramento das ordens de serviço

9. Orientar os colaboradores quanto a abertura de ordem de serviço

10. Alimentar as planilhas de controle de solicitação de compra/pagamento e requisição de material

11. Realizar requisição de material de expediente para o setor

12. Efetuar solicitação de EPI/uniforme

13. Manter as documentações do setor atualizadas e arquivadas

14. Efetuar inventário de materiais

15. Realizar visitas aos núcleos com aplicação de check list

16. Participar em auditorias internas e externas

17. Realizar atendimento aos núcleos com interação com gestores e referências

18. Acompanhar evolução das solicitações de compras.

19. Utilizar telefone celular da empresa para fins profissionais da função em horário de trabalho

20. Auxiliar na abertura de RO e Evento

21. Auxiliar na condução das reuniões com a equipe

22. Elaborar e manter atualizado o cronograma de manutenções preventivas

23. Auxiliar no orçamento anual da área de Serviços

24. Auxiliar no controle mensal do orçamento da área de Serviços

25. Registrar no sistema e arquivar atas de reuniões do setor

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
