Técnico de Enfermagem UTI Neo Natal

Horário: Vaga Volante - Necessário ter a Disponibilidade de Horário

Local: Hospital Maternidade Unimed Litoral - Balneário Camboriú/SC

Departamento: UTI Neo Natal

Missão do Cargo: Garantir a assistência integral e de qualidade aos recém-nascidos em estado crítico, monitorar constantemente as condições clínicas dos pacientes, executar procedimentos de enfermagem conforme protocolos estabelecidos e apoiar a equipe médica na tomada de decisões. Oferecer suporte emocional as famílias e manter um ambiente seguro e organizado, promovendo o bem-estar e a recuperação dos pacientes neonatais.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio com Curso Técnico em Enfermagem Completo;
  • Registro Ativo no Conselho;
  • Informática e Pacote Office Básicos.

Principais atividades:

- Assistência ao paciente:

1. Receber plantão com as intercorrências e pendências do turno anterior, bem como realizar passagem de plantão;

2. Realizar a monitorização contínua dos sinais vitais dos recém-nascidos (frequência cardíaca, pressão arterial, temperatura, saturação de oxigênio e respiração);

3. Executar e documentar os cuidados relacionados à ventilação mecânica, medicamentos e infusões intravenosas, conforme prescrição médica.

4. Administrar medicamentos e soluções intravenosas conforme prescrição médica e orientações de enfermagem;

5. Realizar cuidados diretos aos neonatos, como a administração de dietas enterais, cuidados com o cateterismo, oxigenoterapia e drenagem de secreções;

6. Realizar procedimentos de higiene e conforto, como banho, troca de fraldas e posicionamento adequado do bebê;

7. Auxiliar na realização de exames radiológicos, preparando o paciente e a equipe conforme necessário;

8. Auxiliar na coleta de exames laboratoriais (sangue, secreções, entre outros);

9. Realizar solicitação de materiais e medicamentos para a farmácia, recebendo e conferindo os pedidos;

10. Solicitar e buscar os materiais para CME, realizando a verificação da validade dos materiais estéreis;

- Suporte à Equipe Multidisciplinar:

11. Preparar o material para realização de procedimentos conforme solicitação médica e/ou do enfermeiro;

12. Colaborar com a equipe médica e de enfermagem na implementação e avaliação dos planos de cuidados para cada paciente;

13. Participar da realização de procedimentos médicos, como intubação, ventilação mecânica, reanimação neonatal, entre outros;

14. Registrar de forma precisa e detalhada os dados do paciente no prontuário, incluindo evolução clínica e intervenções realizadas;

- Assistência ao Familiar:

15. Orientar os familiares quanto aos cuidados com o neonato e oferecer apoio emocional;

16. Orientar ordenha beira leito e manejo com as mamas para as mães;

17. Acompanhar as visitas, respeitando os protocolos de segurança e conforto para os pais e familiares;

- Manutenção e Limpeza:

18. Manter cuidados com os equipamentos médicos, como monitores, incubadoras, respiradores e outros dispositivos, seguindo as orientações técnicas e de segurança;

19. Garantir a limpeza e organização do ambiente de trabalho, mantendo o ambiente da UTI Neonatal adequado para a segurança dos bebês;

20. Organizar a sala dos equipamentos, sala do expurgo e armário de materiais/rouparia;

- Treinamento e Atualização:

21. Participar de treinamentos periódicos e cursos de atualização sobre cuidados neonatais, técnicas de enfermagem e protocolos

específicos da UTI Neonatal;

22. Estar sempre atualizado com as normas e diretrizes da instituição, além de seguir as boas práticas de saúde;

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
