Terapeuta Ocupacional CDE Pleno

Horário: Ter disponibilidade de (30h semanais)

Local: Captação para Núcleos de Itapema, Balneário Camboriú, Itajaí e Navegantes;

Departamento: Centro de Desenvolvimento Especializado

Requisitos do cargo:

  • Superior Completo em Terapia Ocupacional;
  • Vivência e manejo clínico no atendimento de pacientes autistas;
  • Registro no Conselho ativo;
  • Informática Básica.

Missão do cargo:

Prestar assistência especializada na promoção da saúde, prevenção de doenças, diagnóstico e reabilitação das alterações através de um atendimento humanizado.

Principais de atividades:

1. Realizar avaliação e tratamento em Terapia Ocupacional de acordo com as especificações técnicas do serviço;

2. Garantir a execução das rotinas administrativas do serviço de Terapia Ocupacional, através da impressão de materiais de atendimento e possíveis contatos telefônicos, com pacientes e/ou responsáveis (através do telefone da cooperativa);

3. Realizar e manter atualizada todas as informações referentes aos pacientes e atendimentos no sistema Tasy;

4. Planejar e executar grupos terapêuticos e multiprofissionais, se necessário (interna e externamente);

5. Registrar atividades do colaborador pertinente aos serviços no sistema E-group;

6. Participar das reuniões com a Equipe Multidisciplinar e Gestão;

7. Buscar o suporte por resolução de situações rotineiras (eventos adversos técnicos em Terapia Ocupacional) que ocorram nos Núcleos de Atenção à Saúde, com a supervisão do responsável técnico da área;

8. Buscar orientação junto ao responsável técnico e/ou setor administrativo quanto a execução dos processos de atendimento aos clientes;

9. Atualizar-se dos conteúdos da cooperativa através das pastas de domínio público (manuais do colaborador) e particular/restrito (conteúdos pertinentes ao serviço);

10. Garantir execução do modelo de atendimento do serviço de Terapia Ocupacional conforme organização e definição interna

11. Participar de treinamentos da cooperativa sempre que solicitado;

12. Atualizar-se ou buscar informações relacionadas a tratamentos do paciente através da ferramenta internet sempre que necessário;

13. Assumir a responsabilidade técnica pelas atividades na sua área de atuação perante o Conselho de Terapia Ocupacional, quando necessário;

14. Criar, revisar e garantir a execução do modelo de atendimento do serviço de Terapia Ocupacional, se responsabilizando tecnicamente.

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
