Requisitos:

Missão do cargo:

Prestar atendimento de excelência ao cliente do Centro de Diagnóstico da Unimed Litoral.

Principais Atividades:

1. Receber os clientes e seus familiares

2. Prestar atendimento aos clientes, visando orientar e agilizar as solicitações de forma humanizada

3. Realizar conferência cadastral no sistema, e confirmação de cobertura contratual do beneficiário

4. Conferir e registrar a documentação necessária para a realização do atendimento

5. Atender os clientes conforme horário de agendamento, sempre que necessário

6. Realizar acolhimento de clientes presencialmente ou via fone

7. Efetuar registro de SAC (Serviço de Atenção ao Cliente) e Ouvidoria no sistema de Gestão e encaminhar a área responsável (SAC)

8. Realizar a abertura de atendimento, no sistema, cadastrar procedimentos, exames, bem como a impressão de todos os documentos e ou etiquetas necessárias para a execução final da função

9. Autorizar, e encaminhar as solicitações do processo de autorização para o departamento de Custo Assistenciais para análise, sempre que necessário

10. Encaminhar as solicitações para o departamento de Auditoria de Enfermagem para conferência das codificações através do sistema, valor e fornecedor do material a ser utilizado

11. Protocolar e encaminhar as contas diariamente ao faturamento

12. Conferir e confirmar agendas, com retorno para o cliente com as informações necessárias, conforme rotina do setor

13. Digitalizar os documentos e prescrições médicas solicitadas no setor

14. Orientar o cliente (por telefone ou pessoalmente) acerca das necessidades que a realização do atendimento exigir

15. Realizar agendamento de todos os procedimentos e ou exames conforme regras específicas do setor

16. Receber as solicitações de Prontuários Médicos (presencialmente ou e-mail), encaminhar para a confecção do mesmo, e entregar ao cliente conforme regras de solicitação

17. Repassar as informações de forma clara aos clientes e as áreas envolvidas

18. Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
