Ihr nächster Schritt in der Auftragsabwicklung Sie arbeiten organisiert, behalten Termine im Blick und sorgen gerne dafür, dass Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in Duisburg.

Als Sachbearbeiter in der Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie Aufgaben der Auftragssachbearbeitung und koordinieren Kundenaufträge vom Auftragseingang bis zur Auslieferung.

Ihre Aufgaben als Auftragsabwickler:

  • Anlage und Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Terminverfolgung zur Sicherstellung von Lieferfristen
  • Koordination von Lieferterminen mit Kunden und Speditionen
  • Buchung und Versand von Rechnungen
  • Versand von Werkszeugnissen, Attesten und auftragsbezogenen Dokumentationen an Kunden
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs zwischen Vertrieb, Produktion und Logistik

Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und gutes Zeitmanagement
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

Das ist von Vorteil (aber kein Muss):

  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in der Stahl- und Metallbranche
