Als Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) für CNC-Abkantpressen übernehmen Sie die Bedienung und Einrichtung moderner CNC-gesteuerter Maschinen in der Stahlbearbeitung. Sie fertigen hochwertige Bauteile nach technischen Zeichnungen und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf.

Ihre Aufgaben als Maschinenbediener:

  • Bedienung moderner CNC-gesteuerter Abkantpressen
  • Einrichtung und Umrüstung der Maschinen
  • Fertigung von Stahlteilen nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Kontrolle der gefertigten Bauteile und Sicherstellung der Qualität
  • Überwachung der laufenden Produktion
  • Durchführung kleiner Wartungsarbeiten und Behebung einfacher Störungen
  • Unterstützung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

Diese Qualifikationen bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Metallverarbeitung
  • Technisches Verständnis im Umgang mit Zeichnungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Das ist von Vorteil (aber kein Muss):

  • Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit Abkantpressen
  • Kenntnisse in der Stahlbranche
