Seguimos fortalecendo nosso ecossistema de soluções financeiras e ampliando nossa atuação junto a clientes Pessoa Jurídica. Por isso, estamos em busca de um Officer PJ para atuar de forma consultiva e estratégica, apoiando nossos assessores no relacionamento com empresas, desenvolvendo oportunidades de negócios e conectando as necessidades dos clientes às soluções do ecossistema Ável.

🎯 Os principais desafios são:

  • Atuar no atendimento consultivo a clientes Pessoa Jurídica, compreendendo suas necessidades financeiras, societárias e estratégicas;
  • Apoiar os assessores de investimentos em demandas técnicas e comerciais relacionadas a clientes PJ, contribuindo para a construção de soluções adequadas à realidade de cada negócio;
  • Identificar oportunidades de captação, desenvolvimento e expansão da carteira de clientes Pessoa Jurídica, fortalecendo relacionamentos de longo prazo;
  • Desenvolver soluções financeiras personalizadas, considerando o perfil, os objetivos e a realidade financeira das empresas atendidas;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com assessores, especialistas, áreas internas e parceiros estratégicos, garantindo consistência técnica e excelência na experiência dos clientes;
  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento da atuação comercial no segmento PJ, compartilhando conhecimentos e apoiando a identificação de novas oportunidades de negócios.

✅ O que é essencial que você apresente:

  • Experiência no mercado financeiro, com atuação junto a clientes Pessoa Jurídica;
  • Conhecimento de produtos e soluções financeiras voltados ao segmento empresarial;
  • Capacidade de compreender e analisar as necessidades financeiras de empresas, incluindo aspectos de fluxo de caixa, estrutura de capital e planejamento financeiro;
  • Experiência em relacionamento comercial, identificação de oportunidades e desenvolvimento de negócios;
  • Excelente habilidade de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento com clientes e diferentes áreas de negócio;
  • Perfil consultivo, analítico e comercial, com autonomia, visão de negócio e orientação para resultados.

🌟 Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em Assessoria de Investimentos, Corporate Banking ou atendimento a empresas dos segmentos Middle Market e Corporate;
  • Conhecimentos em análise de demonstrativos financeiros, crédito e soluções de tesouraria;
  • Vivência no apoio técnico e comercial a equipes de assessores ou gerentes de relacionamento.
