Os SDRs são responsáveis por garantir que os leads cheguem aos nossos Advisors com alto potencial de conversão, realizando uma qualificação criteriosa, consultiva e estratégica. 🎯 Os principais desafios são:

  • Qualificar leads provenientes de eventos, indicações, campanhas especiais e tráfego pago;
  • Realizar atendimentos por telefone, WhatsApp e videochamada;
  • Confirmar interesse, patrimônio e renda dos leads, identificando aderência ao perfil da empresa;
  • Tratar objeções e evitar o encaminhamento de oportunidades sem fit;
  • Direcionar os leads para o segmento adequado;
  • Agendar reuniões qualificadas para os Advisors;
  • Registrar e manter atualizadas todas as interações no CRM;
  • Realizar follow-up com leads durante o processo de qualificação;
  • Cumprir metas diárias de qualificações, garantindo volume e qualidade nas entregas.

✅ O que é essencial que você apresente:

  • Experiência prévia em pré-vendas, prospecção ativa, qualificação de leads (SDR/BDR) ou atendimento comercial consultivo;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Perfil organizado, disciplinado e orientado a metas;
  • Resiliência para atuar em uma rotina de alto volume de contatos;
  • Familiaridade com CRM e ferramentas de atendimento (telefone, WhatsApp e videochamada).

⭐ Será um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Experiência no mercado financeiro (assessorias, planejamento financeiro ou bancos);
  • Conhecimento sobre investimentos e planejamento financeiro;
  • Certificações financeiras (CPA-10, CPA-20 ou similares);
  • Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído em Administração, Economia, Finanças, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de vendas, como SPIN Selling.

📋 Informações adicionais:

  • Remuneração: Fixo de R$ 3.500,00/mês + Bônus semestral por performance (de até 1 salário extra por semestre, atrelado a metas de volume e qualidade);
  • Modelo de Trabalho: Presencial - Porto Alegre/RS;
  • Jornada: Horário comercial, de segunda a sexta-feira (referência: 08h30 às 18h30);
  • Acompanhamento de qualidade das qualificações via Inteligência Artificial;
  • Processo de capacitação comercial e técnico contínuo;
  • Leads gerados pelas frentes de marketing, eventos e campanhas do Grupo;
  • Cultura horizontal e ambiente focado em alto crescimento.
