Eleita a Melhor Assessoria de Investimentos do Brasil em 2024 pela XP, a Ável está expandindo sua vertical Wealth & Private e busca profissionais com perfil consultivo, experiência no atendimento de clientes de alta renda e desejo de construir uma carreira de longo prazo em um ambiente de excelência.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e aprofundar relacionamentos com clientes de alta renda e famílias com patrimônio relevante;
  • Atuar de forma consultiva na construção e preservação patrimonial dos clientes;
  • Estruturar soluções integradas envolvendo investimentos, planejamento financeiro, sucessório, tributário e patrimonial;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com especialistas para oferecer uma experiência completa e personalizada;
  • Identificar oportunidades de crescimento por meio de relacionamento, networking e indicações qualificadas;
  • Contribuir para a consolidação e expansão da vertical Wealth & Private da Ável.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência no atendimento de clientes de alta renda, Wealth Management ou Private Banking;
  • Perfil consultivo, relacional e orientado à construção de relacionamentos de longo prazo.
  • Carteira de clientes ativa

Diferenciais:

  • CFP®, CEA, CGA, CFA ou certificações correlatas;
  • Experiência em Wealth Management, Private Banking, Family Office ou Multi Family Office;
  • Histórico de desenvolvimento e gestão de carteiras relevantes.
