O Ável Future forma profissionais em transição de carreira, com perfil comercial e sem experiência no mercado financeiro, para se tornarem Advisors Financeiros. Você traz a energia; a Ável entrega o conhecimento, a estrutura e a certificação necessária para transformar isso em uma nova carreira.

Etapa 1 - Imersão:

  • Participar da imersão em São Paulo (palestras, trilhas de vendas, técnicas comerciais, plataforma de produtos XP e mercado financeiro).
  • Se preparar, com suporte da Ável, para a certificação Ancord.
  • Iniciar atuação supervisionada como Advisor Financeiro.
  • Evoluir até ganhar autonomia na gestão da carteira de clientes.

Etapa 2 - Atuação como Advisor Financeiro:

  • Apoiar clientes no planejamento e na otimização da alocação de investimentos;
  • Monitorar o mercado financeiro e identificar oportunidades de investimento;
  • Construir, disseminar e aplicar boas práticas de investimentos;
  • Atuar como referência para o cliente, prestando assessoria personalizada;
  • Desenvolver relacionamento de longo prazo com clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Graduação completa
  • Experiência profissional (em qualquer segmento)
  • Perfil comercial forte (vendas, relacionamento, negociação)
  • Curiosidade pelo mercado financeiro
  • Vontade de construir uma carreira de sucesso com o Grupo Ável

Não é necessária experiência prévia no mercado financeiro.
