Was deine Aufgaben sein werden

Du schließt gerade dein Studium ab und merkst, dass dich Lehre und Didaktik mehr begeistern als die klassische Praxis? Vielleicht hast du bereits Tutorien gegeben oder erste Erfahrungen in der Wissensvermittlung gesammelt. Du bringst relevante Berufserfahrung im Backend-Bereich mit und möchtest dein Wissen nun weitergeben und unsere Weiterbildungsteilnehmenden auf ihrem Weg begleiten?

Als Educational Support Manager – Backend-Programmierung (m/w/d) vermittelst du unseren Teilnehmenden praxisnahes Wissen und machst komplexe Konzepte verständlich. Du unterstützt sie beim Erlernen moderner Technologien und hilfst bei Herausforderungen.

  • Begleitung und Coaching: Du unterstützt unsere Teilnehmenden im Educational Support durch virtuelle (1:1) Coachings, moderierte Diskussionen und praxisnahe Übungen – während und nach der Weiterbildung.
  • Expertenwissen vermitteln: Du beantwortest Fragen, teilst Know-how aus der Praxis und hilfst den Teilnehmenden dabei, ihr neues Wissen anzuwenden.
  • Content Creation und Fachredaktion: Du entwickelst hochwertige Fachartikel, Blogbeiträge und Vorträge, um Wissen zugänglich und inspirierend zu machen.
  • Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung: Du optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Lernmaterialien und entwickelst neue, innovative Bildungsformate.

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Programmierung: PHP, Java oder Python sind für dich mehr als nur Programmiersprachen – du entwickelst sauberen, skalierbaren Code, der effizient und nachhaltig funktioniert.
  • Systemarchitektur: Von der Architektur über die technische Umsetzung bis zur Performance-Optimierung – du hast ein tiefes Verständnis dafür, wie Systeme effizient aufgebaut und optimiert werden.
  • Datenbanken: Du bist versiert im Umgang mit relationalen und NoSQL-Datenbanken und weißt genau, wann welche Technologie die beste Wahl ist.
  • Lösungsorientiert: Denken liegt dir im Blut – du kombinierst Logik mit Kreativität, um innovative Lösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen zu entwickeln.
  • Wissenstransfer: Du liebst es, Wissen zu teilen – du kannst komplexe Konzepte verständlich vermitteln und inspirierst andere, sich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Collaboration: Teamarbeit ist für dich mehr als nur ein Buzzword – du bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein und trägst dazu bei, auch unsere internen IT-Projekte voranzutreiben.
