Konkret suchen wir eine Person, die arbeitsrechtliche Expertise sowie Spaß an operativen HR-Aufgaben mitbringt.

Was deine Aufgaben sein werden

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden bei arbeitsrechtlichen und personalrelevanten Themen
  • Operative Aufgaben im HR-Tagesgeschäft, z.B. im Rahmen des Ein- und Austritts und des Personalmanagements (u.a. Urlaub, Krankheit, Elternzeit etc.) einschließlich der rechtlichen Prüfung und Umsetzung erforderlicher Folgemaßnahmen, Lohnbuchhaltung, Pflege der Personalstammdaten usw.
  • Erstellung, Ausfertigung und Prüfung von Verträgen (z.B. Arbeitsverträge, Änderungsverträge), Arbeitszeugnissen, Richtlinien und vergleichbaren Dokumenten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben in allen Personalprozessen sowie Weiterentwicklung interner Standards

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Wirtschaftsjurist (m/w/d), idealerweise mit arbeitsrechtlichem Schwerpunkt, erstes juristisches Staatsexamen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Personalfachkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) mit arbeitsrechtlichem Schwerpunkt) sowie erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung im HR- oder arbeitsrechtlichen Umfeld
  • Alternativ mindestens 4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, z. B. als HR Generalist (m/w/d), HR Manager (m/w/d) oder in einer Kanzlei mit Bezug zum Arbeitsrecht
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie Sicherheit in der praktischen Anwendung
  • Freude an der operativen Arbeit im HR-Tagesgeschäft
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Personio ist von Vorteil
