Du hast die Möglichkeit, IT-Strukturen und Prozesse aktiv mit aufzubauen, weiterzuentwickeln und nachhaltig zu prägen. Dabei arbeitest du direkt mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und kannst deine Ideen dort einbringen, wo Entscheidungen getroffen werden.

Besonderes Angebot: Solltest du aktuell noch nicht im Raum Hannover wohnen, stellen wir dir in der Probezeit von sechs Monaten eine möblierte Wohnung zur Verfügung, um deinen Start hier zu erleichtern.

Was deine Aufgaben sein werden

  • IT-Administration & Cloud-Umgebungen: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Cloud-Systeme (z. B. Microsoft 365, Entra oder vergleichbare Plattformen)
  • Identity & Access Management: Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Rollen und Zugriffsrechten sowie Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Berechtigungskonzepten
  • Security & Compliance: Umsetzung und Verbesserung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (z. B. MFA, Zugriffskontrollen, Gerätesicherheit)
  • Endpoint & Device Management: Verwaltung von Endgeräten und Unterstützung bei der Einführung von Richtlinien und Standards
  • Automatisierung & Integration: Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung von Prozessen und Anbindung weiterer Systeme
  • Prozess- und Systemoptimierung: Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender IT-Prozesse und Strukturen
  • Zusammenarbeit & Unterstützung: Unterstützung von internen Teams bei IT-Themen sowie Abstimmung mit Management und externen Partnern

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung in der IT-Administration, idealerweise im Cloud-Umfeld (z. B. Microsoft 365 oder vergleichbar)
  • IAM-Grundverständnis: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugriffssteuerung
  • Security-Basiswissen: Verständnis für grundlegende Sicherheitskonzepte (z. B. MFA, Zugriffskontrollen, Endpoint Security)
  • Technisches Verständnis: Grundkenntnisse in Cloud-Systemen, Integrationen und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Fähigkeit, Themen eigenständig umzusetzen und Lösungen pragmatisch zu entwickeln
  • Struktur & Kommunikation: Saubere Arbeitsweise, Dokumentation und Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Lernbereitschaft: Interesse, sich in neue Tools, Prozesse und Technologien einzuarbeiten
