Was deine Aufgaben sein werden

Zahlen sind deine Stärke, und du kennst dich bestens mit Buchhaltungsprozessen aus? Bei uns kannst du dein Fachwissen nicht nur anwenden, sondern auch weitergeben und Lernende auf ihrem Weg in die Finanzwelt begleiten.

  • Begleitung und Coaching: Du unterstützt unsere Teilnehmenden durch virtuelle (1:1) Coachings, moderierte Diskussionen und praxisnahe Übungen – während und nach der Weiterbildung.
  • Expertenwissen vermitteln: Du beantwortest Fragen, teilst Know-how aus der Praxis und hilfts den Teilnehmenden dabei, ihr neues Wissen anzuwenden
  • Content Creation und Fachredaktion: Du entwickelst hochwertige Fachartikel, Blogbeiträge und Vorträge, um Wissen zugänglich und inspirierend zu machen.
  • Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung: Du optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Lernmaterialien und entwickelst neue, innovative Bildungsformate.

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung, Bilanzbuchhaltung, Controlling oder einem vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen und Bearbeitung komplexer Buchhaltungsprozesse
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Buchhaltungssoftwares, idealerweise mit DATEV
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, um auch bei komplexen Finanzprozessen den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Freude an Wissensvermittlung, u.a. in Schulungen und Weiterbildungen sowie Interesse an der persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
