Binnen Visser & Visser helpen wij zorgondernemers hun organisatie financieel en organisatorisch goed in te richten. Van administratie en salarisverwerking tot strategisch advies. Voor ons team Salaris & HR zoeken wij een salarisadministrateur die met name cliënten in de zorgpraktijk helpt hun salarisadministratie betrouwbaar, correct en toekomstbestendig te organiseren.

De zorgsector verandert snel. Denk aan schaalvergroting van praktijken, toenemende regeldruk en nieuwe samenwerkingsvormen. Ondertussen moeten zorgondernemers zich kunnen focussen op waar zij het beste in zijn: goede zorg leveren.

Wat ga je doen?

Als salarisadministrateur beheer je de salarisadministratie voor zorgondernemers zoals tandartsen, huisartsen en fysiotherapeuten. Je verwerkt salarissen correct en op tijd (via AFAS en/of Nmbrs), beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille en adviseert klanten over loonheffingen, sociale verzekeringen, arbeidsrecht en verzuim. Daarnaast signaleer je verbeterkansen binnen salarisprocessen en werk je samen met accountants, HR-adviseurs en fiscalisten binnen de Branchegroep Zorg.

Je hebt ook een senior rol binnen het team, waarbij je collega’s ondersteunt bij complexe vraagstukken en bijdraagt aan het verbeteren van de dienstverlening.

Binnen de Branchegroep Zorg werk je samen met diverse specialisten om zorgondernemers te ondersteunen bij financiële en organisatorische uitdagingen, zoals groei, schaalvergroting, efficiëntere bedrijfsvoering en veranderende wet- en regelgeving. Een goed ingerichte salarisadministratie speelt hierin een cruciale rol.

Wat kun je van ons verwachten

In drukke salarisperiodes kan je soms wat meer uren werken, dat maakt je gedurende de maand flexibel in je uren. We begeleiden jou om je in de wereld van de zorg thuis te voelen en zorgen voor de nodige vaktechnische ondersteuning.

Wie ben je?

Je hebt ruime ervaring in salarisadministratie en vindt het leuk om te werken met ondernemers in de zorg. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en schakelt makkelijk met klanten en collega’s.

Wat wij van jou verwachten

  • 3-5 jaar ervaring in de salarisadministratie
  • In het bezit van een PDL-diploma; een VPS-diploma is een pré
  • Ervaring met AFAS en/of Nmbrs
  • Goede kennis van loonheffingen en socialeverzekeringswetgeving
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling
