Du interessierst Dich für neue Wege in der Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen? Dann freut sich das Team der Vitos Kinder- und Jugendklinik für psychische Gesundheit Riedstadt über Deine Verstärkung als Erzieher (m/w/d) im Anerkennungsjahr. Die Stelle mit dem Einstiegszeitraum von Juni bis September 2027 ist für die Dauer des Anerkennungsjahres befristet in Vollzeit zu besetzen.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Als Erzieher/-in im Anerkennungsjahr bist Du mitverantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung aller pflegerisch-pädagogischen Interventionen im Rahmen der Gruppen- und Bezugspflege in der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie.
  • Du arbeitest engagiert im Team des Pflege- und Erziehungsdienstes mit psychisch kranken Kindern und Jugendlichen im Schichtdienst.
  • Du erstellst eine sach- und fachgerechte Pflegeplanung und führst die entsprechende Pflegedokumentation durch.

Qualifikationen

  • Du bist Erzieher/-in im Anerkennungsjahr.
  • Ein achtsamer und vertrauensvoller Umgang mit den Dir anvertrauten Kindern und Jugendlichen sowie ein ganzheitlicher, ressourcenorientierter Blick auf deren Persönlichkeit sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du verfügst über einen professionellen Anspruch an Dich selbst und an die Qualität Deiner pädagogischen Arbeit.

Zusätzliche Informationen

  • Eine Übernahme in ein Arbeitsverhältnis ist nach Abschluss der Ausbildung zum Erzieher (m/w/d) möglich.
  • Neben einer gezielten Einarbeitung durch ein persönliches Mentoring wirst Du fachlich eng begleitet.
  • Die Vereinbarung von Beruf und Familie ist uns wichtig. Dazu tragen unsere verlässlichen Dienstpläne bei.
  • Bei uns erwartet Dich ein monatliches Praktikumsentgelt. Das Jahresentgelt umfasst bereits die Jahressonderzahlung und beträgt 25.027,24€.
