Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, beispielsweise als Medizinischer Fachangestellter (m/w/d) oder alternativ eine gleichartige Ausbildung? Du übernimmst gerne administrative Tätigkeiten sowie allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben?

Du möchtest Deine Fähigkeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld einsetzen? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams! Zum 01.01.2027 suchen wir Dich für unseren Standort in Gießen.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du erstellst Arztbriefe und Epikrisen nach Diktat
  • Du bist zuständig für die Dokumentenverwaltung (konventionell und elektronisch)
  • Du erledigst Recherche- und Archivarbeit
  • Du übernimmst Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen und anderen Einrichtungen
  • Du koordinierst zwischen Schreibdienst und Stationen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kaufmännischen Beruf oder bspw. als Medizinischer Fachangestellter (m/w/d) oder bzw. nachweisbare vergleichbare Kenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse der medizinischen Terminologie
  • Vorerfahrungen im medizinischen Bereich oder Krankenhauswesen sind wünschenswert
  • Vertraut mit modernen Kommunikationsmitteln und EDV-Systemen sowie sehr gute MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse
  • Kompetente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie die Fähigkeit zum ergebnisorientierten Arbeiten

Zusätzliche Informationen

Unser Angebot:

  • Du verdienst je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung zum Einstieg zwischen 3.124,08€ und 3.783,33€ Brutto / Monat (auf Basis des TVöD-K / Entgeltgruppe EG 05; Vergütung in Vollzeit). Hinzu kommen weitere Entgelt- / Vertragsbestandteile, wie z.B. Jahressonderzahlung
