Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit für den Bereich Labor und Funktionsdiagnostik.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Arbeitsabläufe im Labor und in der Funktionsdiagnostik unter gegenseitiger Vertretung
  • Durchführung funktionsdiagnostischer Untersuchungen, insbesondere EKGs und EEGs, sowie Durchführung von rTMS-Behandlungen und Blutgasanalysen (BGA) im jeweiligen Verantwortungsbereich
  • Durchführung von Blutentnahmen sowie sachgerechte Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Proben für den Versand an externe Labore
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Laboranforderungen
  • Einweisung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden in der Bedienung der eingesetzten medizinischen Geräte, insbesondere EKG- und BGA-Geräte sowie rTMS-Systeme
  • Planung, Koordination und Terminierung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie Durchführung und Dokumentation regelmäßiger Gerätekontrollen und Qualitätschecks
  • Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit und sachgerechten Pflege der eingesetzten Geräte und Materialien
  • Organisation und Überwachung der Lagerhaltung sowie Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit benötigter Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Führung und Pflege von Statistiken sowie Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation
  • Koordination der Routine MRTs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den ärztlichen Mitarbeitenden sowie den beteiligten Berufsgruppen zur Sicherstellung eines strukturierten und qualitätsgesicherten Arbeitsablaufs

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im medizinischen oder medizinisch-technischen Bereich, beispielsweise als Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA), oder mit einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung im Labor und/oder in der Funktionsdiagnostik
  • Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit medizinischen Geräten bzw. die Bereitschaft, sich in deren Bedienung einzuarbeiten
  • Organisationsgeschick und Freude an koordinierenden Aufgaben
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur gegenseitigen Vertretung
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und Sicherheit in der Dokumentation und Datenpflege
