Bei uns therapierst Du Menschen, die aufgrund einer psychischen Störung straffällig geworden sind und bereitest sie in einem multiprofessionellen Team auf ein straffreies Leben vor. Du siehst die Behandlung komplexer psychischer Krankheitsmuster als Chance, Dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln? Wir bieten Dir einen Arbeitsplatz, der viel Potenzial bereithält und an dem darüber hinaus individuelle Arbeitszeitmodelle möglich sind. Wir bieten Dir eine interessante berufliche Perspektive im Maßregelvollzug und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Psychologen (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du arbeitest als Bezugstherapeut (m/w/d) im multiprofessionellen Team einer Station des Maßregelvollzugs nach § 63 StGB.
  • Du bist zuständig für die diagnostische, psychotherapeutische und kriminaltherapeutische Versorgung psychisch kranker Straftäterinnen und Straftäter.
  • Du übernimmst die Fallführung einschließlich Behandlungsplanung und -organisation, Dokumentation und Berichterstattung.
  • Du hast die Möglichkeit, aktiv im gruppentherapeutischen Angebot mitzuwirken.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast eine Approbation in Psychotherapie bzw. ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie.
  • Du hast Freude an der Arbeit im Team und der Kooperation mit anderen Berufsgruppen.
  • Du bist offen für die Behandlung, die Risikobeurteilung und das Risikomanagement psychisch kranker Straftäterinnen und Straftäter und möchtest Dich in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln.
  • Dich zeichnet Deine Belastbarkeit sowie Deine zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise aus.
