Die Vitos Klinik für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie Haina ist eine Fachklinik zur Behandlung psychischer Störungen des Erwachsenenalters. Wir bieten Diagnostik und Therapie in multiprofessionellen Teams im voll- und teilstationären, stationsäquivalenten und ambulanten Sektor an.

Du bist Psychologe (m/w/d) oder Psychotherapeut (m/w/d) und möchtest vielfältige therapeutische Erfahrung sammeln? Du bringst außerdem das nötige Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patient/-innen mit und möchtest die Chance nutzen, Dein fachliches Können dort einzusetzen, wo es Menschen in ihrer gesamten Lebensgestaltung zugutekommen kann?

Für unsere Vitos psychiatrische Ambulanz Frankenberg bieten wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Stelle als Psychologe (m/w/d) oder Psychotherapeut (m/w/d).

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du übernimmst die einzel- und gruppentherapeutische Behandlung unserer Patient/-innen und dokumentierst diese.
  • Du bist zuständig für Erstgespräche, Diagnostik sowie die Fall- und Behandlungsplanung im Team.
  • Du erstellst regelmäßige Befundberichte und übernimmst das Case Management.
  • Du beteiligst Dich aktiv an Projektgruppen und berufsgruppenbezogenen Aktivitäten.
  • Du arbeitest an der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung therapeutischer Angebote mit.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie und mindestens eine fortgeschrittene Weiterbildung zum Psychologischen Psychotherapeut (m/w/d) bzw. bist approbierter Psychotherapeut (m/w/d).
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Professionen.
  • Du verfügst über ein sicheres und wertschätzendes Kommunikationsverhalten, auch in Belastungssituationen.
  • Dich zeichnet Deine ausgeprägte Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative sowie Fähigkeit zu selbstständigem und strukturiertem Arbeiten aus.
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Selbstmanagement, bist flexibel, belastbar und in der Lage Prioritäten zu setzen.
  • Du bist neugierig und offen für innovative Behandlungsverfahren und -methoden, unter anderem digitale Therapieformen wie Videosprechstunde und neuen Online-Angeboten.
