Nossa cliente é uma das maiores empresas multinacionais do setor de agronegócio, com forte presença global e atuação relevante no mercado brasileiro.

Esse(a) profissional será responsável por prestar assessoria jurídica trabalhista e de relações de emprego, apoiando as áreas de Recursos Humanos e as lideranças de negócio na gestão de riscos, questões trabalhistas e relações com empregados, além de atuar na condução do contencioso e na evolução das práticas e políticas internas.

As principais responsabilidades deste profissional serão:

  • Prestação de assessoria e suporte jurídico em matérias trabalhistas e de relações de emprego, garantindo conformidade com a legislação aplicável e as políticas internas da companhia;
  • Atuação próxima às áreas de Recursos Humanos e lideranças de negócio em temas relacionados a relações trabalhistas, medidas disciplinares, investigações internas, desligamentos e mudanças organizacionais;
  • Gestão de disputas trabalhistas, processos judiciais e procedimentos administrativos, incluindo acompanhamento de contingências, estratégias processuais e coordenação de escritórios de advocacia externos;
  • Elaboração e revisão de contratos, políticas, procedimentos e documentos relacionados a temas trabalhistas e de relações de emprego;
  • Identificação, avaliação e mitigação de riscos jurídicos relacionados a questões trabalhistas, contribuindo para a tomada de decisões e para o alcance dos objetivos do negócio;
  • Monitoramento de alterações na legislação e jurisprudência trabalhista, traduzindo impactos e orientações práticas para os stakeholders internos;
  • Elaboração e condução de treinamentos, materiais de orientação e demais iniciativas relacionadas a Direito do Trabalho, compliance trabalhista e relações de emprego.

Excelente oportunidade para profissionais com sólida experiência em Direito do Trabalho e Relações de Emprego, preferencialmente oriundos de departamentos jurídicos de grandes empresas multinacionais, especialmente do setor de agronegócio, com atuação próxima a Recursos Humanos e áreas de negócio.

Buscamos um perfil com sólido conhecimento técnico em Direito do Trabalho e Relações de Emprego, experiência em gestão de contencioso e resolução de disputas, além de excelentes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e redação jurídica. É importante possuir capacidade de resolução de problemas, avaliação de riscos e atuação colaborativa em ambientes dinâmicos e de alta complexidade.

Inglês fluente é mandatório e espanhol será considerado um diferencial.

Experiência no setor do agronegócio será considerada um diferencial, assim como vivência com gestão de contencioso trabalhista, resolução de disputas e interação próxima com Recursos Humanos e áreas de negócio.
