Com a integração a um grupo global, a área de Contabilidade ganha papel ainda mais estratégico: assegurar informações financeiras confiáveis e tempestivas, alinhadas às normas locais e internacionais (CPC/IFRS), e conduzir a evolução de processos, controles e sistemas que sustentam os reportes da companhia.

Descrição da Posição

Reportando-se ao(à) Gerente Contábil, o(a) Coordenador(a) Contábil será responsável por garantir a integridade, a conformidade e a tempestividade das informações contábeis, coordenando os processos de escrituração, fechamento, reportes financeiros e atendimento a auditorias.

Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida base técnica, visão de processo e capacidade de atuar em parceria com diferentes áreas do negócio, contribuindo com informações transparentes e analíticas para a tomada de decisão em um ambiente multinacional.

As principais responsabilidades desse(a) profissional serão:

  • Coordenar o processo de fechamento contábil mensal e a emissão das demonstrações financeiras anuais;
  • Assegurar a conformidade com os pronunciamentos do CPC, com as normas internacionais (IFRS) e com as regulamentações locais, revisando em detalhe DRE (P&L), balanço patrimonial e demonstração dos fluxos de caixa;
  • Conduzir o atendimento às auditorias externas e internas, garantindo a qualidade e a tempestividade das informações;
  • Revisar processos e controles internos, liderando melhorias e aprimoramentos de sistemas que aumentem a eficiência e a acurácia dos reportes;
  • Atuar em parceria com times multifuncionais, suportando decisões de negócio com informações financeiras tempestivas, transparentes e analíticas;
  • Participar ativamente da implementação e da atualização das políticas contábeis, acompanhando as mudanças nas normas locais e internacionais.

Perfil Desejado

Formação superior em Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas, com experiência consistente em contabilidade e financial reporting, incluindo condução de fechamentos contábeis e elaboração de demonstrações financeiras.

É fundamental o domínio das normas CPC e IFRS, além de conhecimento avançado em SAP e Excel. Inglês avançado, com boa comunicação oral e escrita, é necessário para a interação com o grupo.

Principais Competências Comportamentais

São esperados rigor técnico, organização, senso de prazo e capacidade analítica. O(a) profissional deverá combinar atenção aos detalhes com visão de processo, propondo melhorias de forma estruturada e comunicando-se com clareza com áreas parceiras e auditorias.

Requisitos Mandatórios

Formação superior em Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas; experiência em fechamento contábil e financial reporting; domínio de CPC/IFRS; SAP e Excel em nível avançado; inglês avançado; disponibilidade para atuar em São Paulo – SP ou na unidade da companhia no interior de São Paulo.
