Nossa cliente é uma empresa brasileira de perfil familiar e atuação relevante nos segmentos de engenharia, infraestrutura e projetos complexos, com negócios que envolvem operações de alta complexidade e diferentes interfaces jurídicas.

Reportando-se diretamente ao Diretor Jurídico, esse(a) profissional será responsável pela condução das principais demandas jurídicas da companhia, atuando de forma próxima à liderança e garantindo a execução, qualidade e conclusão dos temas, com autonomia e senso de responsabilidade.

As principais responsabilidades deste profissional serão:

  • Atuação predominantemente em Direito Público e Administrativo, incluindo análise de autos de infração, defesas administrativas, processos perante órgãos públicos, TCU e demandas relacionadas a processos licitatórios;
  • Análise de riscos jurídicos relacionados à operação, estruturando os temas, identificando impactos e propondo alternativas para solução;
  • Elaboração, análise e revisão de contratos de diferentes naturezas, especialmente relacionados às operações de engenharia e infraestrutura, fornecedores e prestadores de serviços;
  • Atuação em documentos e demandas jurídicas relacionadas às operações da companhia, incluindo laudos, contratos e demais instrumentos necessários ao negócio;
  • Coordenação e interface com escritórios externos em temas cíveis, trabalhistas, tributários e demais assuntos que demandem conhecimento especializado, garantindo que os escritórios compreendam adequadamente o contexto e a necessidade da operação;
  • Acompanhamento de contencioso e demandas judiciais, atuando como interface entre as áreas internas e os escritórios externos e garantindo o correto direcionamento dos temas;
  • Revisão técnica de peças, pareceres, contratos, notificações e demais documentos jurídicos produzidos internamente ou por escritórios parceiros;
  • Atuação próxima às áreas internas, compreendendo as necessidades do negócio, estruturando as demandas jurídicas e orientando as áreas quanto aos riscos e alternativas existentes;
  • Organização e priorização das demandas do Jurídico, acompanhando os temas até sua efetiva conclusão e antecipando riscos, pendências e possíveis impactos;
  • Apoio direto ao Diretor Jurídico na análise de temas relevantes, apresentando contexto, riscos, alternativas e recomendações de forma objetiva e estruturada.

Excelente oportunidade para profissionais com sólida experiência em Direito Público e Administrativo, preferencialmente em empresas de engenharia, infraestrutura, energia, rodovias, concessões ou setores correlatos, com experiência em contratos e perfil generalista.

Buscamos um profissional hands-on, com forte capacidade de execução, autonomia, organização, excelente comunicação e escrita, além de senso de responsabilidade, curiosidade e capacidade de lidar com diferentes demandas jurídicas e níveis de urgência. Pós-graduação em Direito Público ou Direito Administrativo será considerada um diferencial.

Inglês avançado é desejável.
