Em um ambiente de negócio dinâmico e de integração a um grupo global, a área de FP&A tem papel central na consolidação dos resultados, na construção de cenários e na geração de insights que sustentam as decisões estratégicas e operacionais da liderança.

Descrição da Posição

Reportando-se ao(à) Gerente de FP&A, o(a) Especialista será responsável pela consolidação do P&L da companhia e atuará como business partner de Finanças junto às áreas Comercial, Operações, Supply Chain e Marketing.

Buscamos um(a) profissional com background em operação industrial ou bens de consumo, capaz de construir modelos financeiros robustos, transformar dados operacionais em drivers financeiros e influenciar decisões comerciais e operacionais com análises claras e acionáveis.

As principais responsabilidades desse(a) profissional serão:

  • Consolidar o P&L mensal da companhia, garantindo a integridade dos números e reconciliando variações com Controladoria e Contabilidade;
  • Conduzir o ciclo orçamentário (budget) e os forecasts (rolling forecast), propondo cenários e análises de sensibilidade;
  • Elaborar análises de variação (realizado vs. orçado) e relatórios gerenciais, fornecendo insights acionáveis para a liderança;
  • Desenvolver análises e modelagens financeiras (DRE, balanço e fluxo de caixa) para iniciativas estratégicas, projetos de investimento e M&A;
  • Atuar como ponto focal financeiro das demais áreas, consolidando inputs, validando premissas e traduzindo dados operacionais em drivers financeiros;
  • Criar e manter dashboards e reports (Power BI, Excel e ferramentas de CPM), automatizando processos e assegurando a qualidade das informações;
  • Preparar apresentações e narrativas para a diretoria e comitês, destacando riscos, oportunidades e recomendações.

Perfil Desejado

Formação em Economia, Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas, com 4 a 8 anos de experiência em FP&A ou Controladoria. Vivência em empresas de manufatura ou FMCG será considerada um diferencial.

Domínio de Excel avançado (modelagem financeira) e experiência com Power BI ou Tableau são esperados. Experiência com ERPs (SAP ou Oracle) e ferramentas de planejamento (Hyperion, Anaplan ou similares) é desejável. Inglês avançado.

Principais Competências Comportamentais

São esperados pensamento analítico, orientação a resultados e comunicação clara, com capacidade de transformar dados em narrativa executiva. Destacam-se a habilidade de influenciar e trabalhar em rede com múltiplas áreas, a curiosidade e o foco em melhoria contínua e automação, além da capacidade de lidar com ambiguidade em um contexto de mudança.

Requisitos Mandatórios

Experiência de 4 a 8 anos em FP&A ou Controladoria, com vivência em consolidação de resultados, budget e forecast; Excel avançado com modelagem financeira; experiência com ferramentas de BI; inglês avançado.
