Descrição da Posição

Reportando-se ao(à) Gerente Fiscal, o(a) Coordenador(a) Fiscal será responsável por liderar a equipe fiscal e assegurar o cumprimento rigoroso da legislação tributária, conduzindo a estruturação e a melhoria contínua dos processos e controles da área.

Buscamos um(a) profissional que combine domínio técnico de tributos diretos e indiretos com perfil de liderança e visão de processo, capaz de desenvolver o time, interagir com áreas parceiras e contribuir ativamente para a evolução da função fiscal.

As principais responsabilidades desse(a) profissional serão:

  • Garantir a correta apuração de tributos diretos e indiretos (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IPI e retenções), bem como a entrega das obrigações acessórias, pagamentos e conciliações;
  • Mapear, documentar e padronizar os processos fiscais de ponta a ponta, desenvolvendo fluxos de trabalho, políticas internas e manuais fiscais;
  • Implementar melhorias contínuas com base em análise de riscos e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);
  • Liderar, orientar e desenvolver tecnicamente a equipe fiscal, conduzindo avaliações de desempenho, planos de desenvolvimento e treinamentos, e promovendo uma cultura de alta performance, colaboração e responsabilidade;
  • Apoiar a implementação de automações e iniciativas de digitalização dos processos fiscais;
  • Acompanhar fiscalizações, intimações e processos tributários, conduzindo a interação com auditorias, consultorias e órgãos fiscais;
  • Assegurar a sinergia com as áreas parceiras – Contabilidade, Controladoria, Jurídico e Operações.

Perfil Desejado

Formação superior em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, Direito ou áreas correlatas, com vivência sólida em apuração de tributos diretos e indiretos e na estruturação de controles fiscais.

Experiência na liderança de equipes, conhecimento avançado em SAP e Excel e familiaridade com projetos de automação de processos fiscais são esperados. Inglês será considerado um diferencial.

Principais Competências Comportamentais

São esperados rigor técnico, visão de processo, orientação a resultados e capacidade de antecipar riscos. Destacam-se a habilidade de liderar e desenvolver pessoas, estabelecer padrões e controles sem burocracia excessiva e atuar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas e interlocutores externos.

Requisitos Mandatórios

Formação superior nas áreas indicadas; experiência em apuração de tributos diretos e indiretos e em estruturação de controles; vivência em liderança de equipe; SAP e Excel em nível avançado; disponibilidade para modelo híbrido em São Paulo – SP e para viagens regulares à unidade fabril da companhia no interior de São Paulo.
