Reportando-se à liderança da área Tributária, esse(a) profissional será responsável por atuar no contencioso tributário administrativo e judicial da companhia, conduzindo demandas relacionadas a tributos diretos e indiretos, apoiando a definição de estratégias processuais e garantindo o acompanhamento técnico dos casos em conjunto com escritórios externos e áreas internas.

As principais responsabilidades deste profissional serão:

  • Atuação na gestão e acompanhamento de processos tributários administrativos e judiciais, assegurando a condução estratégica das demandas;
  • Análise de processos envolvendo tributos diretos e indiretos, elaborando pareceres, estratégias e recomendações jurídicas;
  • Interface com escritórios de advocacia externos, acompanhando prazos, definições estratégicas e resultados processuais;
  • Acompanhamento da legislação, jurisprudência e tendências em matéria tributária, avaliando impactos para o negócio;
  • Suporte às áreas internas em consultas tributárias relacionadas às demandas contenciosas;
  • Participação na elaboração de estratégias para mitigação de riscos fiscais e defesa dos interesses da companhia;
  • Elaboração de relatórios, apresentações e materiais para reporte à liderança;
  • Atuação em conjunto com diferentes áreas da empresa, promovendo alinhamento entre as necessidades do negócio e a estratégia jurídica tributária.

Excelente oportunidade para profissionais com sólida experiência em contencioso tributário, adquirida em departamentos jurídicos de empresas ou escritórios de advocacia, que desejem atuar em um ambiente multinacional, com elevado nível de exposição e interface com diferentes stakeholders.

Buscamos profissionais com formação em Direito, experiência consistente em contencioso tributário administrativo e judicial, abrangendo tributos diretos e indiretos, forte capacidade analítica, organização e perfil colaborativo. Esperamos candidatos capazes de atuar com autonomia, visão estratégica e excelente relacionamento interpessoal.

Inglês fluente é requisito indispensável para a posição.
