Nossa cliente é uma das maiores empresas multinacionais do setor de agronegócio, com forte presença global e atuação relevante no mercado brasileiro.

Reportando-se à liderança da área, esse(a) profissional será responsável por atuar na assessoria jurídica trabalhista e de relações de emprego, apoiando as áreas de Recursos Humanos e negócio na gestão de riscos, questões trabalhistas, relações com empregados e negociações coletivas, além de atuar na condução do contencioso e na evolução das práticas e políticas internas.

As principais responsabilidades deste profissional serão:

  • Prestação de assessoria e suporte jurídico em matérias trabalhistas e de relações de emprego, incluindo contratação, medidas disciplinares, desligamentos, remuneração, benefícios e relações com empregados;
  • Avaliação e mitigação de riscos trabalhistas, assegurando a conformidade com a legislação aplicável, regulamentos, acordos e convenções coletivas de trabalho e políticas internas;
  • Gestão do contencioso trabalhista e de procedimentos administrativos, incluindo acompanhamento de contingências, coordenação de escritórios externos, estratégias processuais, orçamentos e resultados;
  • Atuação em parceria com Recursos Humanos e lideranças de negócio na condução de questões complexas relacionadas às relações de trabalho, investigações internas e medidas disciplinares;
  • Apoio em negociações sindicais e processos de negociação coletiva;
  • Elaboração, revisão e atualização de políticas, procedimentos, contratos e comunicações internas relacionadas ao emprego e às relações trabalhistas;
  • Monitoramento de alterações na legislação trabalhista e elaboração de orientações práticas aos stakeholders sobre mudanças legais e regulatórias;
  • Desenvolvimento de materiais de treinamento, documentos de orientação e playbooks de Direito do Trabalho e Relações de Emprego, com foco em compliance trabalhista, relações com empregados e melhores práticas de Recursos Humanos.

Excelente oportunidade para profissionais com sólida experiência em Direito do Trabalho e Relações de Emprego, preferencialmente oriundos de departamentos jurídicos de grandes empresas multinacionais, especialmente do setor de agronegócio, com atuação próxima a Recursos Humanos e áreas de negócio.

Buscamos um perfil com forte conhecimento técnico em legislação e contencioso trabalhista, capacidade analítica, organização, habilidade de negociação e comunicação, além de experiência na interação com stakeholders multifuncionais em ambientes corporativos.

Inglês fluente é mandatório e espanhol será considerado um diferencial.

Experiência no setor do agronegócio será considerada um diferencial, assim como vivência com negociações coletivas, compliance trabalhista e gestão de escritórios de advocacia externos.
