Nosso cliente é um escritório de advocacia reconhecido por sua excelência técnica e atuação em operações e projetos tributários de alta complexidade, assessorando empresas nacionais e multinacionais em temas estratégicos de tributação corporativa e internacional.

Reportando-se à liderança da área tributária, esse(a) profissional será responsável por atuar de forma consultiva em projetos envolvendo Imposto de Renda da Pessoa Jurídica (IRPJ), Contribuição Social sobre o Lucro Líquido (CSLL), tributação internacional, preços de transferência, reorganizações societárias e planejamento tributário, contribuindo para a estruturação de operações e mitigação de riscos fiscais dos clientes.

As principais responsabilidades deste profissional serão:

  • Assessorar clientes em temas relacionados a IRPJ e CSLL;
  • Elaborar pareceres, memorandos e opiniões técnicas envolvendo tributação direta;
  • Participar de projetos de planejamento tributário nacional e internacional;
  • Analisar impactos tributários decorrentes de reorganizações societárias, incluindo fusões, incorporações, cisões e aquisições;
  • Estruturar e revisar operações sob a ótica da legislação de preços de transferência (Transfer Pricing);
  • Atuar em projetos relacionados à tributação internacional, incluindo regras de controladas e coligadas no exterior, tratados para evitar dupla tributação e operações transfronteiriças;
  • Realizar análises tributárias relacionadas a ágio, goodwill, rentabilidade futura e seus reflexos fiscais;
  • Elaborar e revisar cálculos relacionados a Juros sobre Capital Próprio (JCP);
  • Participar de due diligences tributárias em operações de M&A;
  • Avaliar impactos tributários decorrentes de mudanças legislativas e regulatórias;
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com equipes jurídicas, contábeis e financeiras;
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento de soluções tributárias voltadas aos clientes;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para pesquisa, análise de dados, revisão de documentos e aumento da eficiência operacional das entregas;
  • Atuar como agente de inovação, identificando oportunidades de aplicação de tecnologia e IA na geração de valor para clientes e para o escritório.

Excelente oportunidade para profissionais com sólida experiência em tributação direta e tributação internacional, adquirida em escritórios de advocacia, Big Four ou consultorias tributárias com forte atuação em Corporate Tax.

Buscamos um profissional com formação em Direito, Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas, sólida experiência em IRPJ, CSLL, planejamento tributário, tributação internacional, reorganizações societárias e preços de transferência, além de forte capacidade analítica e visão consultiva para atuar em projetos de elevada complexidade técnica. Esperamos um perfil capaz de transitar com facilidade entre diferentes stakeholders, incluindo clientes, executivos e equipes multidisciplinares, contribuindo com soluções tributárias consistentes e alinhadas aos objetivos dos negócios.

Pós-graduação ou especialização em Direito Tributário, Tributação Internacional ou áreas correlatas será considerada um diferencial, assim como conhecimento e interesse na aplicação de Inteligência Artificial ao ambiente tributário.
