Reportando-se à liderança da área Tributária, esse(a) profissional será responsável pela condução estratégica do contencioso tributário administrativo e judicial da companhia, atuando na gestão de demandas relacionadas a tributos diretos e indiretos, definição de estratégias processuais, acompanhamento de escritórios externos e gestão da equipe responsável pela frente de contencioso tributário.

As principais responsabilidades deste profissional serão:

  • Gestão e desenvolvimento da equipe de contencioso tributário, promovendo direcionamento técnico, acompanhamento das atividades e desenvolvimento dos profissionais;
  • Atuação estratégica na gestão e acompanhamento de processos tributários administrativos e judiciais, envolvendo tributos diretos e indiretos;
  • Condução da estratégia de contencioso tributário, avaliando riscos, oportunidades e impactos para o negócio;
  • Gestão e interface com escritórios de advocacia externos, acompanhando definições estratégicas, prazos processuais e resultados das demandas;
  • Análise de teses tributárias, legislação, jurisprudência e tendências regulatórias, propondo recomendações para mitigação de riscos fiscais;
  • Atuação próxima às áreas internas da companhia, oferecendo suporte jurídico-tributário em demandas relacionadas ao contencioso;
  • Elaboração de relatórios, apresentações executivas e materiais de acompanhamento para reporte à liderança;
  • Participação na definição de estratégias de defesa dos interesses da companhia em processos administrativos e judiciais;
  • Interface com diferentes stakeholders, promovendo alinhamento entre a estratégia tributária e os objetivos do negócio.

Excelente oportunidade para profissionais com sólida experiência em contencioso tributário, adquirida em departamentos jurídicos de grandes empresas ou escritórios de advocacia, que desejem atuar em uma multinacional, com alto nível de exposição, liderança de equipe e interface com diferentes áreas.

Buscamos profissionais com formação em Direito, experiência robusta em contencioso tributário administrativo e judicial, abrangendo tributos diretos e indiretos, experiência em gestão de pessoas, capacidade analítica, visão estratégica e habilidade de gestão de stakeholders. Esperamos candidatos com perfil colaborativo, autonomia e forte orientação para resultados.

Inglês fluente é requisito indispensável para a posição.
