Наш клієнт — українська компанія у сфері beauty retail, яка розвиває мережу магазинів парфумерії та супутніх товарів.

Компанія масштабує мережу та шукає рекрутера, який допоможе стабільно закривати вакансії продавців і лінійного персоналу, а також посилити процеси стажування й адаптації.

Основні обов’язки

  • Вести повний цикл підбору персоналу з фокусом на продавців та лінійні позиції.
  • Шукати кандидатів через job-сайти, соціальні мережі, digital-канали та прямий пошук.
  • Проводити телефонні, онлайн та особисті інтерв’ю з кандидатами.
  • Взаємодіяти з маркетингом щодо рекрутингових кампаній і контенту.
  • Організовувати стажування, вихід нових працівників та первинну адаптацію.
  • Аналізувати ефективність каналів пошуку та пропонувати покращення процесу рекрутингу.

Вимоги до кандидата

  • Досвід роботи в рекрутингу від 2 років.
  • Практичний досвід sourcing, прямого пошуку та роботи з job-сайтами й соціальними мережами.
  • Уміння проводити інтерв’ю, оцінювати кандидатів і вести вакансії до закриття.
  • Готовність працювати з великим обсягом лінійного підбору.
  • Вільне володіння українською мовою.
  • Автономність, проактивність та орієнтація на результат.

Буде перевагою

  • Досвід підбору персоналу у retail, FMCG, beauty або сервісному бізнесі.
  • Досвід масового чи регулярного підбору продавців і лінійного персоналу.
  • Досвід роботи з digital-каналами залучення кандидатів.
  • Досвід координації стажування, адаптації або базових HR-процесів.

Умови роботи

  • Заробітна плата: фікс + KPI/бонусна складова.
  • Формат роботи: офіс.
  • Локація: Одеса, район вул. Бугаївської.
  • Графік: понеділок–п’ятниця, повний робочий день.
  • Додатково: можливість розвивати HR-функцію разом із масштабуванням компанії.
