Наш клієнт

Наш клієнт — компанія, яка понад 15 років працює у сфері промислової гідравліки та комплектуючих. Співпрацює з виробничими підприємствами, сервісними компаніями, агросектором та клієнтами у сфері спецтехніки по всій Україні.

Компанія має власну складську інфраструктуру та налагоджені бізнес-процеси. Зараз шукає менеджера для активного розвитку B2B-продажів і розширення клієнтської бази.

Основні обов'язки

  • Активний пошук і залучення нових B2B-клієнтів.
  • Проведення переговорів, підготовка пропозицій та укладання угод.
  • Розвиток співпраці з поточними клієнтами та підтримка довгострокових відносин.
  • Ведення CRM та супровід угод на всіх етапах продажу.
  • Взаємодія зі складом і технічними спеціалістами для виконання клієнтських замовлень.

Вимоги до кандидата

  • Досвід B2B-продажів у виробничій сфері.
  • Навички проведення переговорів та роботи із запереченнями.
  • Орієнтація на результат і готовність активно розвивати продажі.
  • Системний підхід до роботи та відповідальність.
  • Проактивність і бажання впливати на власний рівень доходу.

Умови роботи

  • Оплата на випробувальний термін: фіксована частина від 40 000 грн.
  • Дохід після адаптації: без верхньої межі, з можливістю заробляти до 200 000 грн залежно від результатів продажів.
  • Локація: офіс м. Дніпро
  • Формат роботи: на випробувальному терміні — робота на локації, після його завершення можливий гібридний формат.
  • Відрядження: 1–2 рази на місяць.
  • Оформлення: офіційне працевлаштування, бронювання.
  • Адаптація: оплачуване навчання та підтримка на старті.
