Наш клієнт — велика українська виробнича компанія з міжнародною присутністю. Компанія працює з промисловою продукцією, має стабільний бізнес і розвиває юридичну функцію в напрямі міжнародного корпоративного та податкового права.

Основні обов’язки

  • Здійснювати юридичний супровід холдингових і торговельних компаній у різних юрисдикціях.
  • Готувати, аналізувати та супроводжувати угоди, міжнародні проєкти, M&A та корпоративні реструктуризації.
  • Аналізувати, розробляти, погоджувати та проводити експертизу міжнародних контрактів з урахуванням локального і міжнародного права та INCOTERMS.
  • Консультувати щодо міжнародного регуляторного законодавства, трудового права, податкових питань і міжнародного податкового структурування.
  • Супроводжувати міжнародний арбітраж і судові спори, вести листування з нерезидентами.
  • Взаємодіяти із зовнішніми юридичними, корпоративними, податковими та трудовими консультантами.

Вимоги до кандидата

  • Вища юридична освіта: спеціаліст або магістр.
  • Досвід у корпоративному, договірному та претензійному супроводі компаній.
  • Досвід у питаннях трансфертного ціноутворення та контрольованих іноземних компаній.
  • Релевантний досвід у міжнародному корпоративному праві та/або податковому плануванні.
  • Англійська мова — вище середнього: професійна лексика, робота з англомовними документами та усна комунікація.
  • Аналітичне мислення, сильні комунікативні навички, дисципліна, самоорганізованість і вміння працювати в команді.

Буде перевагою

  • Досвід роботи у компаніях “Великої четвірки”.
  • Свідоцтво про право на заняття адвокатською діяльністю та посвідчення адвоката України.

Умови роботи

  • Формат роботи: офіс; гібридний формат можливий після проходження випробувального терміну.
  • Локація: Київ.
  • Графік: понеділок–п’ятниця, 09:00–18:00.
  • Додатково: за потреби можливе виконання термінових міжнародних проєктів поза основним графіком.
  • Оформлення: офіційне працевлаштування.
  • Соціальний пакет: медичне страхування, бронювання, професійне навчання за рахунок компанії за погодженням з керівником.
