To stanowisko będzie odpowiednie dla osoby z doświadczeniem w zakupach B2B, znajomością rynków międzynarodowych oraz umiejętnością prowadzenia negocjacji i analizy danych zakupowych.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Prowadzenie pełnego procesu zakupowego.
  • Poszukiwanie, analiza i ocena dostawców, w tym dostawców zagranicznych.
  • Negocjowanie warunków współpracy z partnerami biznesowymi.
  • Monitorowanie realizacji umów, zamówień oraz procesów logistycznych.
  • Optymalizacja kosztów i usprawnianie procesów zakupowych.
  • Współpraca z urzędami celnymi, podatkowymi oraz firmami transportowymi.

Wymagania wobec kandydata

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w zakupach, szczególnie w modelu B2B oraz na rynkach międzynarodowych.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office, w szczególności programu Excel.
  • Znajomość języka polskiego na poziomie minimum B2.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie minimum B1+.
  • Znajomość języka ukraińskiego lub rosyjskiego na poziomie minimum B2.
  • Umiejętności negocjacyjne, analityczne, samodzielność i dobra organizacja pracy.

Warunki pracy

  • Stabilne zatrudnienie w europejskiej firmie o międzynarodowej strukturze.
  • Miejsce pracy: Wilcza Góra.
  • Praca od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 8:00–16:00.
  • Pełne ubezpieczenie zdrowotne PZU.
  • Karta Multisport finansowana w modelu 50/50.
  • Obiady firmowe raz w miesiącu oraz wydarzenia integracyjne dla pracowników.
  • Okres próbny: 2 miesiące.
