Виробництво працює у режимі 24/7. Компанія перебуває на етапі активного зростання, розширює виробничі потужності, запускає нові напрямки та збільшує команду.

Основні обов’язки

  • Управління операційною роботою виробництва та забезпечення безперебійної роботи підприємства у режимі 24/7.
  • Планування виробництва та контроль виконання виробничих планів.
  • Координація роботи виробничих підрозділів, технічних служб, складу та логістики.
  • Організація ефективної роботи керівників дільниць і виробничого персоналу.
  • Контроль виробничих показників, зниження простоїв обладнання та підвищення ефективності роботи підприємства.
  • Участь у модернізації виробництва, запуску нових ліній та впровадженні сучасних підходів до управління.

Вимоги до кандидата

  • Вища технічна або інженерна освіта.
  • Досвід роботи керівником виробництва або управління виробничим підприємством чи підрозділом від 50 працівників.
  • Досвід управління технічними службами, ремонтами та виробничим персоналом.
  • Досвід запуску нових виробничих ліній або модернізації виробництва.
  • Розуміння виробничої собівартості, бюджетів і показників ефективності.
  • Навички побудови системного управління виробництвом, відповідальність та орієнтація на результат.

Буде перевагою

  • Досвід роботи у деревообробній галузі.
  • Досвід у виробництві пелет, паливних брикетів, комбікормів або на інших безперервних виробництвах.
  • Досвід впровадження Lean Manufacturing, 5S або інших систем підвищення ефективності.
