Наш клієнт

Наш клієнт — міжнародний товарний бізнес у сфері дистрибуції товарів для дітей. Компанія розвиває польське представництво та шукає управлінця, який візьме відповідальність за операційні процеси, supply chain, логістику, 3PL, товарні запаси, закупівлі та взаємодію з головним офісом в Україні.

  • Своєчасне вирішення локальних операційних питань із фокусом на результат.

Основні обов’язки

  • Управління операційними процесами польського представництва та відповідальність за результат.
  • Координація роботи між польською командою, головним офісом в Україні та функціями Finance, Accounting, HR, Procurement і Sales.
  • Управління логістикою, взаємодією з 3PL-оператором, товарними запасами та рухом товару.
  • Аналіз і оптимізація операційних витрат, логістичної економіки та бізнес-процесів.
  • Участь у плануванні поставок, управлінні асортиментом та операційній підтримці продажів.
  • Робота з операційною звітністю, IT-рішеннями та локальними операційними питаннями.

Вимоги до кандидата

  • Від 5 років досвіду в Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics або Procurement.
  • Від 2–3 років досвіду на керівній позиції.
  • Досвід у товарному бізнесі, retail або дистрибуції.
  • Досвід роботи на польському ринку та розуміння локальної операційної специфіки.
  • Знання логістики, 3PL, товарообігу, управління запасами, бюджетування та контролю операційних витрат.
  • Українська мова — вільно, польська — B1–B2 для впевненого спілкування.

Буде перевагою

  • Англійська мова для робочої комунікації.
  • Досвід роботи з операційною звітністю та IT-рішеннями в товарному бізнесі.

Умови роботи

  • Локація: Польща, бажано Варшава.
  • Формат роботи: remote з готовністю періодично приїжджати на зустрічі та до партнерів.
  • Оформлення: Umowa o pracę.
  • Компенсація: конкурентна, за результатами обговорення.
  • Пряма взаємодія з керівництвом та головним офісом в Україні.
  • Можливість реально впливати на розвиток польського бізнесу та побудову операційних процесів.
