Наш клієнт — українська компанія у сфері будівельних та архітектурних матеріалів, яка понад 20 років працює з рішеннями для фасадів та інтер’єрів.

Компанія співпрацює з європейськими виробниками та розвиває напрям технічних B2B-продуктів для архітекторів, дизайнерів, проєктувальників, девелоперів і підрядників.

Основні обов’язки

  • Формування та реалізація плану розвитку бренду будівельних матеріалів в Україні.
  • Аналіз ринку, конкурентів, трендів і нових можливостей для розвитку напрямку.
  • Розвиток професійних контактів з архітекторами, дизайнерами, проєктувальниками, девелоперами та генпідрядниками.
  • Проведення презентацій продукту, професійних зустрічей, семінарів, навчань і виставкових активностей.
  • Супровід проєктів від першого контакту до реалізації, включно з роботою над специфікаціями та проєктними рішеннями.
  • Взаємодія з командами продажів, проєктними менеджерами, маркетингом і технічними спеціалістами виробника.

Вимоги до кандидата

  • Досвід 3–5+ років у B2B-продажах, Business Development, Product Management або розвитку бренду.
  • Досвід роботи з будівельними або архітектурними матеріалами чи добре розуміння будівельного ринку.
  • Розуміння того, як матеріал потрапляє до будівельного проєкту та специфікації.
  • Досвід комунікації з архітекторами, дизайнерами, проєктувальниками, девелоперами або генпідрядниками.
  • Вміння проводити презентації, професійні переговори та зрозуміло пояснювати переваги технічного продукту.
  • Системність, проактивність, навички нетворкінгу, готовність до зустрічей, презентацій, виставок і відряджень.

Буде перевагою

  • Англійська мова на рівні, достатньому для роботи з технічною та маркетинговою інформацією.
  • Наявність власного авто.

Умови роботи

  • Заробітна плата: 40 000–50 000 грн + KPI.
  • Оформлення: офіційне працевлаштування в штат компанії.
  • Графік: понеділок–п’ятниця, 09:00–18:00.
  • Формат: офісна робота + відрядження.
  • Локація: основне місце роботи — Київ, періодично — Львів.
  • Випробувальний термін: 3 місяці.
  • Додатково: бронювання
