我们正在寻找一位机器人应用开发工程师，与我们共同推动机器人从实验室原型到规模化部署的闭环验证，并负责核心功能在真实场景中的落地、优化与迭代。 该岗位将重点负责机械臂运动规划、任务执行与机器人应用系统集成，推动机器人在复杂场景中的稳定运行与能力提升。

岗位职责 1、负责机械臂运动规划、轨迹生成、抓取执行等核心功能开发与调试，提升机器人任务执行稳定性与效率； 2、面向客户及业务场景需求，设计并落地机器人应用技术方案，完成方案验证、部署与持续优化； 3、深度参与机器人软件系统集成与优化，基于 Python/C++ 开发高性能机器人应用模块； 4、与算法、硬件、控制等团队协作，解决机器人在真实场景中的感知、规划与执行问题； 5、参与机器人应用场景的测试验证、性能调优及工程化落地。

1、计算机、自动化、机器人、机械电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历（优秀本科生亦可）； 2、具备 3-5 年机器人相关开发经验，具有机械臂运动规划、Manipulation 或机器人任务执行相关项目经验； 3、熟练掌握 Python/C++ 编程，熟悉 Linux 开发环境，具备良好的工程开发能力； 4、熟悉机器人运动学、动力学、轨迹规划等基础理论，熟悉 MoveIt、OMPL、ROS/ROS2 等相关框架或工具链； 5、具备机械臂系统集成与调试经验，能够独立完成算法调试、性能优化及复杂系统问题定位； 6、具备基础的计算机视觉能力，了解目标检测、分割、位姿估计等常见视觉技术者优先，但不作为硬性要求； 7、具备良好的逻辑思维与问题解决能力，对机器人及具身智能方向有持续热情。

加分项 1、有双臂机器人、灵巧手、复杂抓取任务或长程任务规划经验； 2、有多目相机、多传感器融合与标定经验； 3、熟悉强化学习、模仿学习在机器人领域的应用； 4、有 Sim2Real、仿真训练与真机部署经验； 5、参与过机器人相关开源项目，或具有机器人竞赛、顶会论文等经历。
