Of je nu werkzaam bent in de kinderopvang of ervaring hebt als (assistent-)manager in een andere sector, we gaan graag het gesprek met je aan. We zijn namelijk op zoek naar een ervaren en betrokken manager die bij ons aan de slag wil als:

Locatiemanager

20-28 uur per week

Jouw rol Als locatiemanager ben je van grote meerwaarde binnen Sam&ko. Je werkt nauw samen met de pedagogisch professionals op jouw locaties, collega-locatiemanagers, de pedagogisch coaches en de managers kinderopvang. Samen zetten jullie je in voor het behouden én verder versterken van de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening en het pedagogisch klimaat op de

locaties. Concreet ga je als locatiemanager het volgende doen:

• Je geeft leiding aan twee tot vier locaties en bijbehorende teams van pedagogisch

professionals

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen op jouw locaties en

creëert een omgeving waarin kinderen, ouders en collega's zich welkom voelen

• Je zorgt voor een optimale personele bezetting en een goed georganiseerd

basisrooster

• Je voert ontwikkelgesprekken met pedagogisch professionals en faciliteert hen bij

hun werk en ontwikkeling

• Je stemt proactief af met roosterbeheer, de facilitaire dienst en de pedagogisch

coaches, zodat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen

• Je bewaakt en stimuleert de pedagogische kwaliteit op jouw locaties en zorgt ervoor

dat beleid wordt vertaald naar de dagelijkse praktijk

Over Sam&ko Sam&ko staat voor ‘samen kinderopvang’. Samen spelen, samen leren, samen ontwikkelen en vooral samen plezier maken. Dat vormt de basis voor ons pedagogisch beleid. Met passie en betrokkenheid verzorgen wij al ruim 30 jaar de opvang van kinderen van 0 tot 13 jaar. Onze kinderdagverblijven, buitenschoolse opvang en peuterspelen zijn verdeeld over 20 locaties in de gemeente Deventer.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand met:

• Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau

• Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol en de motivatie om je hierin te blijven ontwikkelen

• De vaardigheden om pedagogisch professionals te inspireren en motiveren om samen een fijn pedagogisch klimaat te creëren

• Het talent en/of de ervaring om beleid te vertalen naar de praktijk en dit goed te implementeren op jouw locaties

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: je bent een fijne gesprekspartner en kunt goed feedback geven en ontvangen

• Die proactief handelt, overzicht bewaart en ook bij onverwachte situaties het hoofd koel houdt

Wat bieden wij?

• Een salaris van minimaal €3.536 en maximaal €4.823 (schaal 9 van de CAO Kinderopvang)

• Een eindejaarsuitkering (8% van het jaarsalaris)
