Bei Westhouse verbinden wir die besten Talente mit den spannendsten Projekten in IT, Engineering und Finance. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Bid Manager (m/w/d), der mit überzeugenden Angeboten und strategischem Denken unseren Wachstumskurs aktiv mitgestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung und Koordination des gesamten Ausschreibungs- und Angebotsprozesses
  • Analyse von Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Bewertung von Chancen und Risiken
  • Erstellung, Zusammenführung und Qualitätssicherung von Angebotsunterlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Vertrieb, Recruiting und Management
  • Einhaltung von Fristen sowie Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit aller Angebotsdokumente
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Angebotsstandards, Vorlagen und Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Präsentationen und Konzepten für Kunden
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen

Deine Qualifikation

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bid Management, Tender Management, Ausschreibungsmanagement oder Vertrieb von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
