Mit GY bringen wir bei Wilken die erste vollständig cloudbasierte Abrechnungs- und ERP-Lösung für Energieversorger und Stadtwerke auf den Markt. Du steigst in einer frühen Phase ein, arbeitest mit den ersten Kunden und Projekten und gestaltest aktiv den Aufbau unseres Beratungs- und Projektteams rund um GY. Diese Rolle verbindet fachliche Tiefe in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit echter Zukunftsperspektive in einem strategischen Kernprodukt von Wilken.

  • Du berätst Kunden aus der Energiebranche zu Finanzbuchhaltungs- und Abrechnungsprozessen und überführst diese in die Standardprozesse unserer Cloud-Lösung GY.
  • Du implementierst und parametrisierst buchhalterische Prozesse in GY, insbesondere Buchungslogiken, offene Posten, Zahlungsverkehr und Forderungsmanagement.
  • Du führst Workshops, Schulungen sowie Fit-/Gap-Analysen durch und begleitest Kunden fachlich durch GY-Einführungsprojekte.
  • Du begleitest Tests, Qualitätssicherung und Troubleshooting für buchhaltungsrelevante Funktionen und stellst fachliche Korrektheit, Datenkonsistenz und Compliance sicher.
  • Du arbeitest effektiv mit Projektteams und Kunden zusammen, moderierst fachliche Abstimmungen, unterstützt gemeinsame Entscheidungsfindung und bleibst auch in dynamischen Projektsituationen lösungs- und umsetzungsorientiert.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, inklusive Haupt- und Nebenbücher, Debitoren-/Kreditorenprozesse, Zahlungsverkehr und Abschlussprozesse.
  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, z. B. als Business Consultant, Project Consultant oder Senior Finanzbuchhalter mit ERP-Bezug – idealerweise in der Energie- oder Versorgungswirtschaft.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Parametrisierung buchhalterischer Prozesse in ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP FI, Microsoft Dynamics, DATEV oder vergleichbar).
  • Du kennst gesetzliche und regulatorische Anforderungen (GoBD, Archivierung, Nachvollziehbarkeit, Audit-Trails) und kannst diese fachlich sicher in Systemprozesse übersetzen.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst analytisch und trittst gegenüber Kunden souverän, professionell und lösungsorientiert auf.
