Gesucht wird: 1 IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) WIMBERGER Gruppe / Lasberg / Berufseinstieg/ Vollzeit / Ehestmöglich /Job ID: 348

Aufgaben, die mir Freude machen

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur gemeinsam mit dem IT-Team

* Unterstützung bei der Administration von Windows- und Linux-Servern, Active Directory sowie Microsoft 365

* Betreuung und Optimierung unserer Netzwerk-, Firewall- und VPN-Infrastruktur

* Unterstützung bei Virtualisierung, Backup und Monitoring

* Gemeinsame Betreuung der Hard- und Software (Installierung, Konfigurierung, Wartung)

* Umsetzung von Updates, Patches und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen

* Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter:innen bei IT-Fragen und technischen Problemen sowie Mitarbeit im First- und Second-Level-Support

* Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten, Migrationen und Infrastruktur-Optimierungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen IT-Dienstleistern

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Dokumentation und des IT-Inventars

Qualifikationen, die mich auszeichnen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Fachschule, HTL, Lehre) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration

* Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Linux Server, Active Directory und Microsoft 365

* Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik, Virtualisierung und Backup

* Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft, sich laufend weiterzuentwickeln

* Hohes Engagement mit Hands-On-Mentalität, Verlässlichkeit

* Sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

* B-Führschein

Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher je nach Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Referenzen deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt € 3.593,-/Monat (14x) (KV BAU A3 im 1. Jahr).
