Tu misión va a ser:

Asegurar la correcta recepción y almacenaje de la mercancía y compras de los clientes de la Small Store, garantizando la manipulación apropiada durante todo el proceso de la cadena de suministro para dar el mejor servicio a la manera IKEA.

Tus funciones:

1. Separar y preparar las órdenes de compras que se hacen a través la web, Showroom y/o telepedidos con el fin de minimizar el tiempo de espera del cliente. 2. Ubicar y registrar en el SGA las compras en las localizaciones disponibles. 3. Revisar las compras almacenadas y entregadas, confirmando el correcto estado de las mismas e identificar y monitorizar aquellas compras que lleven más tiempo almacenadas para agilizar su entrega. 4. Verificar el listado de servicios activos, confirmando que todas las compras con transporte a domicilio del día anterior han sido entregadas y asegurar el correcto inventario de las compras pendientes de entrega. 5. Preparar y poner las compras a disposición de la empresa de transporte, según su fecha de entrega. 6. Reportar al Team Leader Almacén sobre el estado del surtido y el stock de los artículos solicitados, así como de las anomalías encontradas en el pedido ya elaborado. 7. Realizar rutinas diarias para mantener el almacén en condiciones óptimas que garanticen la seguridad y satisfacción del cliente. 8. Participar en el inventario del almacén de manera general y de rutina según indicación del responsable de almacén. 9. Cumplir con la normativa de la compañía, Small Store y el departamento, y con la normativa y recomendaciones en materia de Prevención de Riesgos laborales y seguridad, utilizando adecuadamente los equipos de protección individual. 10. Participar en las formaciones en la que sea convocado/a por la compañía. 11. Participar activamente en las reuniones a las que es convocado/a, principalmente en los roll call. 12. Dar apoyo a otras áreas del almacén, cuando fuera necesario.
