Tu misión va a ser:

Recuperar los muebles dañados y ponerlos a la venta en el área de oportunidades, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos, para disminuir las pérdidas del Physical Customer Meeting Point y conseguir clientes satisfechos

Tus funciones:

1. Realizar los trabajos de recuperación y montaje de los artículos defectuosos. 2. Llevar el control de los artículos de recovery y su ubicación en el building room, asegurándose de mantener una zona de repuestos eficientes para futuras recuperaciones. 3. Atender al cliente en el área de oportunidades para guiar su compra. 4. Gestionar las devoluciones de mercancías de los Customer Meeting Points (CMP), ya sea de clientes o transporte, y realizar los movimientos oportunos en Bitboxer. 5. Realizar los trasvases de mercancía de los Physical CMP. 6. Realizar los trasvases de los artículos defectuosos o cambios de exposición del Physical Customer Meeting Point. 7. Conocer el funcionamiento y características de los productos IKEA. 8. Realizar el control de calidad de los artículos y sus posibles reclamaciones a IKEA. 9. Mantener limpia y ordenada el área de trabajo, cuidando de los equipos y herramientas proporcionados por la empresa para el desempeño de tus funciones

Qué buscamos en ti:

- Experiencia o conocimientos en montaje, reparación y recuperación de muebles. - Capacidad para identificar daños y realizar controles de calidad de los artículos. - Conocimientos en gestión, almacenamiento y control de mercancía.
