Tu misión va a ser:

Dar un servicio de atención al cliente excelente a la manera IKEA, resolviendo las incidencias y reclamaciones en el menor tiempo posible, para lograr la satisfacción y fidelización de los/as clientes/as, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos

Tus funciones:

1.Recibir a los/as clientes/as y atenderlos ante sus necesidades, manteniendo siempre el IKEA Tone of Voice. 2.Atender, gestionar y resolver las incidencias/reclamaciones de los/as clientes/as así como los cambios y devoluciones bajo el estándar de Customer Academy. 3.Informar al Team Leader del departamento sobre las incidencias/reclamaciones/devoluciones que no se puedan solucionar al momento y sugerir mejoras a realizar en los procedimientos. 4.Contactar con las empresas de servicios externas ante las incidencias de montajes, transportes, etc. recibidas de los/as clientes/as y coordinar una solución en el menor tiempo posible. 5.Crear y gestionar presupuestos, facturaciones (depósitos, cobros pendientes), reservas de artículos y servicios solicitados por los/as clientes/as, motivados por las incidencias recibidas bajo el estándar de Customer Academy y Guía de Servicios. 6.Crear y gestionar en el CRM las incidencias bajo el estándar de Customer Academy, dando seguimiento hasta finalizar el proceso con el cliente. 7.Realizar el arqueo y cierre de caja diarios. 8.Realizar las rutinas establecidas en Customer Academy, velando por un servicio excelente para nuestros clientes y visitantes. 9.Recoger los carros y colocarlos en las áreas correspondientes, si fuera necesario. 10.Dar apoyo a todas las áreas del departamento de Customer Relations, cuando sea necesario. 11.Participar activamente en las reuniones a las que es convocado/a, especialmente en los roll call.
