Tu misión va a ser:

Asegurar que shopping tools están siempre a disposición de los/as clientes/as en todo el Physical Customer Meeting Point (CMP), ayudando a que su compra sea más agradable

Tus funciones:

1.Gestionar las shopping tools, asegurando siempre su disponibilidad y buen estado. 2.Realizar las rutinas establecidas en Customer Academy, velando por un servicio excelente para nuestros clientes y visitantes. 3.Informar a clientes y visitantes, resolviendo y dando respuesta a sus preguntas y sus dudas, teniendo presente el IKEA Tone of Voice. 4.Dar apoyo a todas las áreas del departamento de Customer Relations, cuando sea necesario. 5.Participar activamente en las reuniones a las que es convocado/a, especialmente en los roll call.

Además, en todas las tiendas a excepción de Gran Canaria, realizarán la siguiente función:

6.Ayudar al cliente con la compra de la mercancía, ayudándolos a cargarla en sus vehículos, si fuera necesario.

Qué buscamos en ti:

- Experiencia o conocimientos en atención y servicio al cliente. - Capacidad para mantener las herramientas de compra disponibles, organizadas y en buen estado. - Disponibilidad para trabajar a tiempo completo (40 horas semanales) durante la temporada temporal de Black Friday.
